About Us

IZZA Cabinetry designs, manufactures, and sells semi-custom kitchen and bath cabinetry. Our headquarters are located at 69 Blanchard St, Newark, NJ 07105. Products shown on the Site are sold through our authorized dealer network.

Permitted Use of the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

The product images, colors, finishes, textures, dimensions, and specifications shown on the Site are for illustration only. Actual colors and finishes vary with monitor settings, lighting, the natural variation of wood grain, and the manufacturing process, and samples should be reviewed with your dealer before ordering. Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell. Cabinetry is sold through our authorized dealers and is subject to our then-current limited warranty and to the terms of sale agreed with your dealer.

Intellectual Property

IZZA Cabinetry, the IZZA Cabinetry logo, and all page headers, graphics, button icons, images, photographs, text, and other content on the Site are the property of IZZA Cabinetry or its licensors and are protected by United States and international trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, photography, or other content without our prior written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit information, feedback, photographs, or other content to us through the Site ("Submissions"), you retain ownership of your Submissions. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your Submissions for our business purposes, including marketing and product development, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you own or control all rights to your Submissions and that they do not violate any law or third-party right. We are not obligated to use any Submission and may remove content at our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including dealer sites, social media platforms, and Google reCAPTCHA. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
